All Ears in Hearing

Audiometrist guy is nice.
Had some communication problems in that I had to chase them up.
Had a few issues with my molds and monitors that took a while to sort out.
However they have now gone above and beyond to sort it all out for me.

I've had earplugs fitted for industrial noise about 4 times in the last few years (should probably stop losing them). Usually I go to the chain store in every Westfield. But they were horrendous to deal with last time. So I found these guys. Oh god. I'm never going back. My audiologist really took the time to understand what I needed. I explained that I'm never able to get a good fit on my left ear. He fitted me so differently to how it had been done in the past. The plugs fit perfectly. They even have my initials embedded in the silicone! How cool is that! Highly recommended.
